Calif. and recently, the homes $ went up compared to the last two years. I was waiting for them to go back down, so our deposit would make a bigger difference with the monthly mortgage. We can wait. On Zerohedge there is an article basically stating a war gives the Federal Reserve a breathing space - an opportunity to quickly issue big chunks of debt to the US Govt. rather than having to monetize it directly. The money they get from that can be directed towards stacking stock and commodities markets. Plausible to me. |
