An Interesting turn of events--
--This may be important--
--you may want to take the time to read & understand & see for yourself in the simulation.
I earlier had not been too wowed by the data coming out.
NOW-- however there appears to be an interesting turn of events with the breakup of "B".
A potential for lack of cohesiveness of the tail--
--as it would've/ should've taken the solid antipode
( or opposite rearward 'spike')
position opposite the Sun as it swoops down as " one cohesive whole "
[link to www.nasa.gov]
[See the April 18th photos of 'before and after' spectatcular breakup]
"lack of cohesiveness of the tail--"
It should have retained its shape and swung around as a cohesively shaped antipode rearward spike.
No-- enter the electric comet field understanding of McCanney holding onto a tail with static cling and drawing more unto itself-- almost as a vacuum cleaner.
The breakup of "B" may have changed the game...
The breakup of "B" may have reduced the cling on the tail--
-- and consequently the (plasma static cling) ability to electrostatically maintain the cohesive shape of a trailing tail to whiplash around as one whole unit, as an opposite 'spiked tail' opposite the Sun.
Now that this rearward spiked tail is not going to neatly be held together as one whole unit, it will not be as predictable as before that the wake behind "B" would sweep accross in a clean (whiplash fashion) --sweeping across our orbital path "cleanly" as it should have at the end of the month.
[link to neo.jpl.nasa.gov]
Simulation Settings:
to see the danger point--
Forward 'date' ahead to 25-31st of May
Set 'zoom' to 1/2
Move 'horizontal' over 2/3
Move 'vertical' margin button up & down while imaging where a now broken up tail will splay helter skelter across the orbital ring--
instead of-- cleanly as a whiplashing rearward spike with all fragments in tow...
Q: Any idea as to the actual size of "B"? |

is there any way to know if there is a danger of the tail parts of this comet colliding with our planet or the moon?
A:
Appears that unless you can see these fragments and their pathways in the tail debris swings in real time, you can only guesstimate.
It is turning out to be good entertainment huh? |

Q: WHAT DO WE REALLY NEED NOW?
A: The Real Time Tracking Images of Hubble and Infrared Sattelites/ Scopes focusing on the tails & trailing debris field of "B" in real time. |

"so what he is saying is it's falling apart totally and leaving a huge debris field..
instead of the debris field following the main comet nuclei it appears to be falling behind...
and earth will be passing right through it in our orbit end of may / beginning of june
am getting that right?"
A:
The breakup of "B" ""may"" have changed the game...
The breakup of "B" ""may"" have reduced the cling on the tail--
We need the above requests for the Hubble and Infrared Real Time Fulfilled to call the game as it happens...
Otherwise we'd have to be perfect psychics in a vacuum of total predestination to be able to say huh? |

73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 The image above was provided by KenIchi Kadota (Ageo, Saitama, Japan). He obtained it using a 0.18-m f/5.5 reflector and a CCD camera on 2000 November 28.84. All three nuclei visible at this apparition are shown. The next predicted perihelion date is 2006 June 7 and the comet will pass 0.0735 AU from Earth on May 13, being only slightly farther away than during the original discovery apparition of 1930. Important questions are: Will any of the secondary nuclei still exist? or Will the comet still exist? A meteor shower was predicted and observed by Japanese observers during 1930, with an unexpected outburst of 60 or 70 per hour (this is not a corrected zenithal hourly rate, but the raw numbers) occurring on the nights of June 9 and 10. The possibility exists that another outburst could occur in 2006. If the comet no longer exists as of 2006, a meteor storm might be possible.
---
SS: sometimes have to repeat things because people forget stuff .. a meteor shower was seen in 1930 when the comet that was not disintegrating about the same distance .. i think we have even better chance to have meteor shower and even fireballs this time as the this comet is now outbursting disintegrating several fragments and cometary debris passing about the same distance and even closer .. that is just my opinion and not a prediction is just what i think and i know several disagree but i also know that we are all human and all face the same and their (conspirators) ways are not better than our (secret order) ways imo based on personal experience .........

You ask a very pertinent question...
It could be a very beautiful fireworks show--
[OR]--
simply an edge-of-your-seat catastrophe 'wanna-be'
[OR] a good ole fashioned Godlike episode of death and destruction as a telling of more--? to finally follow--? after years of watching on the wall...

NO! Earths orbit DOES NOT intersect the path of the comet!
HOW many times does that NEED to be said??

You misquoted Trinity--
It is the DEBRIS FIELD of the TAIL that is in question.
The "Tail" of a comet does "not" trail right behind it in a Cometary Path...
It actually whiplashes out opposite the Sun as it tracks along. The debris field is not gonna be so easy to predict as a trajectory. |

"As I looked up I could see the drops of blood falling from Jesus and hitting the earth."
hmmm... well, i figure it will be when planet X comes around, but there's and islamic prophecy, end times, that speaks of red dust, etc and also states this:
"We will send down on them signs from the sky, and their necks will remain bent submissively to them. (XXVI 4)
...The chest and face of man will appear in the centre of the sun...."
and by that i imagined something like the image of... jesus, and figured there was going to be a spectacular show...
now that you added the fatima prophecy...
hmmm.... |

yass User ID: 90315 5/7/2006 12:58 AM | | Re: Interesting turn of events-- | Quote | also, some of the px pics nancy had posted when she did pics regularly, had what appeared to be a head and chest, which i likened to the MSN "cool dude" icon...
when i brought this to nancy's attention, she said something about the way the light refracted around X's moon, something like that, is made the image appear that way. |
