of course, the picture is crappy
to the naked eye the moon was a very pale orange
but in this shot it looks very white
my camera is garbage

I'm north of Denver, I think you are south, that might be why I was seeing darker orange...wind flow of the ash?? im 60 mi north of denver Hmmm?? Wonder why I would get more ash then? Like someone else is saying, it was darker last night but only for a little while. Wind currents cleared it up.
