This dude should have heard the story about a family sitting on top of their roof during a flood. God provided everything they need to survive and do better. But, they were so "religious" they stayed blind to the answers and just accepted that some mystical being would reach down and scoop them to safety. Of course the entire family died. You can imagine the answer they received from asking why did God let them all die? Duh!

If Mexican inmates are making these safes, then there is a good assumption that they have the combinations and possibly the addresses of drop shipments.
