Anti-birthers are those that defend Obama's eligibility to be President even though he is completely ineligible to be President according to the Constitution. Birthers are those that point out that due to Obama's non-natural-born citizen status, he can never be President according to the Constitution, nor can McCain, Romney, Cruz or Rubio.

My understanding was it would be less likely to have a President serving foreign interest if they were born here, although I'm not so sure about that anymore.
