Nuclear war

It's always good to be prepared for anything.

i just feel that considering there are more than 1000 nuclear missiles on the face of this planet, they are imminently bound to be used for war one day

What exactly is a WW3 survivalist?

I do not believe there will ever be a nuclear war that will cause our demise. I do believe a nuke may fall in to the wrong hands and get used. Heck, tactical nukes have been used in Afghanistan. I would say those nukes are/were in the wrong hands. As for a terrorist of some sort that isn't an American politician, it's possible. But most of the world is fairly rational and wouldn't wipe out the entire planet to get revenge.

But I don't think it'll happen here in the USA (or Canada, OP). At least not until quite a while after it happens in the Mid East.

There are credible rumors that the Israelis have already used some low-yield tactical nukes in Syria already. These are a new generation, and are ground burst, and don't have the radiation and nuclear fallout that the conventional nukes have.

As far as a all out nuclear WW3 goes, personally, I don't see that happening beyond a regional scale. Think our doom will happen economically and politically.

(edit) New generation nukes are more efficient, and don't produce as much radiation & nuclear fallout as conventional nukes I meant to say
