When you level up you go through periods of increased sensitivity or hypersensitivity until your comfortable with the new normal. I like jasmine for a remedy and just the awareness that you are hypersensitive due to a shift in consciousness helps with the shift.

I am not saying I have gone through that but I have had energetic changes in the past.
