Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45446202 1 star The collective consciousness already exists. The internet may well be interfering with the development of natural abilities to access it. Most likely not, but it's a possibility. Please, take your thoughtless attitude and leave the discussion. |

Through the technology of the internet individuals have been exposed to the thoughts, feelings, perspectives of a multitude of peoples from not only their own lives or countries, but from cultures and regions around the world. The internet is serving to increase the individual's awareness of the whole (collective). |

You can think of collective consciousness as a network as well, one that always existed. The invention of the internet gave a new way for modern humans in this time period to connect to the collective consciousness. It is not the only way and does allow for control. I feel it would be different if we had no electricity. All we really need to do is step outside the box and look. Try to connect. You might be shocked with the messages you get back. |

Heck If you have me choosing the internet 20 years ago or just going natural free of technology, I would choose the latest, sometimes is good not to know too much. It's too late now, we are here and we need to be aware of it. |
