This is not something that is not geared toward "normal" tattoos and piercings. This is geared toward people who tattoo horrific things on their faces, and have implanted hooks in their skin, horns in their heads, whiskers in their cheeks, (i.e the guy who has cheetah spots tattooed all over, including his face, and had whiskers implanted)..
Yes, it is borderline encroaching, but people who do this are mentally unstable, and yes, it sets a bad example for children and society.
Oh, and before I am labeled some anti-everything/pro gov. person, I'm not! I have piercings and tattoos.

Not arguing with you at all, just your comment totally made me think of this now. are they going to make those kinds of implants illegal? doubt it, considering so much manipulation is done by the media using this sort of stuff. sex sells, so I'm sure those types of "enhancing implants won't be illegal at all.
