I'm not a tat type person - don't have any, however, isn't this another over-stepping of personal boundaries?
What's next? Banning hair coloring?
Quoting: Ms. Superduper its causing a lot of underage children to cause harm to themselves.If adults cant cover themselves and stop pushing harmful idea's as cool, causing kids to inflict injury to themselves it might all get outlawed. Its for the safety of the children.
