Anyone feel like they are going crazy talking to people and they aren't even getting what you mean?

Getting to the point where I feel hopeless when I talk to people. I know they'll be distracted by some stupid shit that floats into their head and the whole conversation will turn into a pot of spaghetti that had nothing to do with what I was talking about when I launched the first sentence out of my mouth.
