Anyone roast their own coffee beans? Do you roast for yourself or for a business?
What's your favorite bean to roast? I love roasting Brazil or Peruvian beans, so sweet and rich!
We just got a Malawi Peaberry that tastes smooth as silk. Expensive stuff though : /

Store bought butter kills the deal. Emulsified butter hasd to be made from traditional, raw, unpasteurized milk, so all the enzymes are still intact. Have tried coffee with above and with fresh cream from unpasteurized and with coconut milk. All amazingly delicious. Never tried w/coconut oil.
