I live in region III not far from DC and Richmond. I have seen in the last two weeks a huge uptick of DHS, FEMA tactial vehicles as well as mobile emergency communication centers. Today on rt 29 in va I saw silver vans being escorted by blacked out surburbans. This shit is getting real.
