You don't have to date anyone you don't want to. Heck that's not new. (You would probably never have been attracted to me, and that's great.)

What's new is men saying the same thing. They're looking at women and their requirements and deciding not to bother with all that, or finding another solution.

It's about balance. If the woman's going to screw you if you take the high road, then we should take a different road appropriate to the situation. That's my opinion and that's what I do.

As for the women bashing threads...what do those guys expect if those are the women they go after? There are decent women around, but they choose to go after the in-your-face, obnoxious, high maintenance ones. I don't feel sorry for those men one bit. I agree, I am a woman and from what I gather women here on GLP are pretty awesome. I have always hung around with guys, I'm very feminine but I'm not crazy feminine, I do my hair, makeup, and dress nice but I don't like fancy clothes..just occasionally..I wear a lot of skirts but nothing exposing myself, I go for classy vs trashy. I don't keep my nails up, I have horses and other farm animals so there is no point, lol. Women on here seem to be pretty modest, they don't seem like hoochies or vain, conceited gold diggers..so all in all they seem pretty cool. It is a whole different story out on the streets though, girls have to compete for attention by showing pretty much all they have, they act goofy, and dumb and giggle at everything..and it seems all to get male attention. The worst part about all this is Men just use them and toss them aside, men haave no respect, women have no respect, it works full circle.

Seriously, do you not have the ability to see the decline in males over the years especially in their new metrosexual stance where their fashion and appearance trumps their roles as males or are you too young.

Just look at the new generation of reality television shows where the men are at home taking care of the children while the females are out making money to pay the bills. This is solely due to females wanting to keep their families fed and accept less pay while male egos are willing to cut off their noses to spite their faces.

How many males these days can perform even basic auto care if their vehicle breaks down as an older female who has helped helpless younger males jump their car batteries it is a pathetic sight.

Do you think women HAVE to do it to get male attention? Or just the attention of those "hot" guys -- because nobody would want a normal plain geeky guy after all.

I think it's because women go for sexual attraction first. If a guy doesn't excite them "that way" then he's a nonentity as far as their dating life is concerned. The guys they seek to attract with their showy behavior are those sexy guys.

But here's a newsflash. Once the guy learns game and becomes one of those sexy guys, he has had to face so many hard-to-believe realities about women that he's lost a lot of respect for them. Game is unnatural, but it works. A guy who can do it once can hardly resist doing it again and again, because he put up with so much shit while he was a "normal" guy that now he wants to see how the other half lives.

On Friday I saw a customer, a lady in her 20s and I nearly passed comment on how elegant she looked.
She wore a black dress which went to the knees, it had sleeves and no low neck line.
The only jewellery was some simple earrings and a watch.
Her make-up was discreet and her hair tidy.

It made a nice change to see someone smart and respectable.


What I have noticed is the more respectable young women are interested in older men as they want a partner with a more traditional male role.

You know, no make up, no piercings, no tattoos, muscles but not the 300lb bench press steroid induced ones.

I think this is a western thing. Go to Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Slovakia or Czech Republic, you wont see this nearly as much as in Central and North Europe and North America. It is a matter of discipline and parenting. Something that we seem to lack here.
