A group of kids and a pre-teen bully a three year old girl and make her cry at least twice on camera. The cameraman (a 12 year old boy) brags on Facebook and titled his video "When white people piss black people off."

At 50 years old, I have lived in many neighborhoods in Los Angeles, which is a melting pot of nationalities and cultures from all over the world, and I can state unequivocally that this behavior is common among blacks and rate among other cultures.
