FEMA preparing for disaster by October 1 2013, but is it possible something big will happen in September 2013?

I think the first major events that will collapse the global economy would most likely happen before the 1st of October 2013, due to something big happening in September, but the troops and camps are needed mostly after 1st October 2013, because after that date is when things start getting far far more worse(full-blown pole shift and mass global blackout due to non-stop CMEs and Sun's expansion in size and diameter??).....Also, before October 1 2013, many people from all over Earth might have to be relocated to US to move away from danger zones(flooding of low elevation areas due to pole shifting).....

But those who want to avoid the trouble and hassle of having to cope with all of the above can always forego ascension and hop onboard an Andromedan ship mid-September 2013....There they provide accommodations and amenities that far surpass 5-star class hotel level, and it's all FREE!! Those ships will transport you to another 3D planet with other Earthlings who chose to do so.....

Both. I think both the fake one and the real one(ET revelation and appearances) would happen, and people would be totally confused for a while as to who to trust and side with).....I think, that if you are good at heart, you will be guided by the angels or higher dimensional beings to a place that is safe for your mind, body, and soul.....There you will decide to ascend with Earth this fall...or not....

I am in the survival supply business, and have been a distributor of a very well known brand of LTSF (long-term storable food) for 6 years.

I do the vast majority of ordering via the internet, but you are assigned a sales rep who calls now and then, offers new products and trolling for orders. Usually nice guys, but sometimes a pain in the ass.

In May of 2011, my supply dried up. I mean I was waiting for 12-13 weeks for an order that normally shipped in 1-2 weeks. I have people coming to me, to fill their orders, and we all have customers wanting to know where their food is. So I called my sales rep.

He told me it was because FEMA had placed a $12 million order.

Now people, this is a huge amount of LTSF. Enough to feed a million people for several months, and my curiosity was certainly roused. I pressed the rep for a little more info and he told me the P.O. was on line (because it's an open bid contract).

It was indeed online, and yes, the number were huge. Enough food to feed millions.

But the most curious thing about this request for bid was they were looking for food with a 3-5 year self life.

This particular brand happens to have a 25 year shelf life (if stored in a cool dry place).

Why 3-5 years?

That was back in 2011, right? Perhaps they're meant to be served to people sometime in the next few months?

October 1 2013 is when Comet ISON makes a flyby near Mars heading towards the inner solar system.....Some people believe that there will be an electro-magnetical or gravitational influence that ISON will exert upon Mars, perhaps causing a pole shift that could be witnessed from here via telescopes.....that might spark mass panicking from Earthlings due to the fact that ISON will be passing 0.4 AUs away from us this late December 2013.....so if Mars experiences a pole shift,which can be detected via amateur telescopes if Mars' axis has shifted, people on Earth would think, "Oh no, we're next this winter!!"

Some speculated that ISON might be a chunk of a heavy mass object...

Hopefully they are prepared for a major hurricane hitting the United States. Not saying that its going to happen...but its certainly possible. Apparently things are setting up for Mid September through October to be really prime territory in the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico as well, as it normally is during those months.

It's become apparent that these people have a schedule to keep.

Why would you think they need to have all the necessary preparations done by the 1st of October 2013? Is that related to Comet ISON's flyby past Mars from the 1st of October...People are speculating it has a greater mass and greater gravity and electro-magnetism than NASA has publicly stated and if ISON causes an axis shift of Mars, however small that may be(like 2 degree axis shift), that would still be detectable by amateur telescopes that Mars' axis has shifted due to ISON, and that would spark mass panic and mass resignations among some on Earth due to the fact ISON will pass near Earth at 0.4 AUs this fall....

What do you think of my theory above? Plausible?

I haven't the foggiest notion. I'm more of a people person myself, studying behaviors, people's actions and reactions, and something is going down in the very near future.

Something the government is well aware of if not responsible for.

When do we ever have a clear time range given to us on approximately when such an event could occur? Never. Here are some things to consider. First, why has DHS and the government worked so hard to create racial disparity within the past few months? Well, if there is an engineered disaster undoubtedly chaos will ensue in the streets. One way to ensure that those who are in the streets do not unite as one, is to divide one group from another and create sides. These efforts are being used to create a race war that will explode if society collapses, and this will accomplish several things. It will make conditions for those who are trying to survive much more dangerous and risky, and ensure that those with children and no survival instinct that they will walk right into the camp as it opens.

Population control seems to be the primary objective of this plan, if not one of the primary objectives it certainly is of serious import to those who are concerned. When such an event creates these conditions, they will want the element of surprise (They don't want people to be prepared at all). They will also want the conditions to exist for a reasonable amount of time before they mount any sort of FEMA response, so that those who have been trying to survive will rush into the camps
for relief. When in doubt, realize that when you woke up to see planes hitting buildings on 9/11 2001, it was a shock and caught us off guard. While some us have an idea of how serious this all is and we are discussing the possibility of war, I'm sure many surprises await us and I think it's in the interest of those in power to do so before October.

Only issue I see with the 'Population Control' is the USA has only 315 Million people.

China has 1.35 BILLION and India has 1.22 BILLION people.

What good is taking out even 50%+ of the USA population when those two countries alone account for 40% of the worlds population? Makes no sense.

If anything - just reducing those two countries by 50%+ would benefit more than the entire USA being wiped out.

The passage of ISON near Mars on October 1 at constellation Leo, will fulfill the heavenly sign of Revelation 12.

The op of the following thread predicted the coming of a great comet way back in 2009, and according to the op, the comet will be seen sometime October 2013 near Virgo as well as Draco. Ison will be near Virgo sometime October, and it will be in Draco sometime January 2014, when earth will be double dusted by a meteor shower from its tail.

I think it has something to do with what I just read on Drudge, it is the fiscal year deficit and the debt. It is Oct1, was part of it and how they were handling things. You might have to do some digging to find the truth about what is really going on.

I think it is because we are broke, in more ways than one. You can tell the people everything is normal, until it becomes clear that it is not!
