I've never read about an organization SO DAMN PREPARED FOR EMERGENCIES...that actually is NEVER FUCKING PREPARED FOR ANY!!! Catch my drift????? Every time there is a disaster FEMA fails...Saying Fema is preparing is an OXYMORON!!!!
