But, OP, I have seen this same being. Short, booty shorts, muscular but thin legs, short short hair, and un identifiable gender. Are you in southern cal? I think you are talking about half the population of the LA Basin. Lol, but when you see this, it's different. It's very different. The only thing it could have MAYBE been was a "pinhead" person, as in the old circus folk who were featured on posters, etc. It was a bit like that. But kind of volatile-looking in temperament. Like short-tempered to the extreme.
