I hear you BUT, not if it's a false flag which 50% or more hoax I don't even think someone could hoax a fire sail. Most of the infrastructure is not accessible from one terminal, but many many terminals. It would take a large coordination to pull off. Too many people with big mouths. Atleast, that is what I would assume, considering the size and complexity of our infrastructure. Something like attacking ISPs to deroute internet traffic to non-existent or incorrect addresses would be an easier attack. However, I don't think they could pull off a hoax like that without getting caught either. Pulling off a network false flag is hard stuff considering the amount of paper trails left throughout the network. Just my two cents. Not saying it can't be done... just it would be idiotic of them to do. |

Children of the Atom User ID: 45801406 United States 08/27/2013 08:56 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Perhaps, but let's think for a moment. How will hackers turn this into a militant front and if you're implying civil unrest, I do not think this an end of the world scenario if they were merely attacking financial institutions, large companies or such for the day. At the very least it causes a little turmoil or closure for the day, or two... Obviously if they could keep the grid down or communications, that's a bit more serious. My other question would be how is this a false flag? Unless our government is paying these hackers and training them, which I wouldn't doubt that there are a good deal of them out there, but there are also millions more from countries around the world that came from nothing and now have the ability to hurt companies on a daily basis. I would assume this inevitably equates into blackmail / extortion. More smoke and mirrors honestly, no way of really knowing one way or the other unless you were personally involved, but I don't believe this is a 'FEMA' event. We shall see... With approval now only 9% they need something drastic to change it. If it is going to be electronic it really needs to take things down, not just interfere with a few websites here and there. |
