I like what you are saying, but..
How do you get rid of interdimensional entities that force you to focus on negative and fear based aspects of life?
Even as I try to focus on positive things, I am constantly distracted. Meditation is pretty much impossible. I am constantly burdened by these things as they belittle me and force negative thoughts followed by attacks on the solar plexus, it feels like bursts of nausea.
Even in dreams, I am still under attack. I would like to recreate this reality and I have tried to be nice and send them love, but they don't respond to it.

All they seem to want is destruction and it seems impossible to change them.
