Anybody Here Deal With Panic Attacks/Severe Anxiety??

I had my first one when I was 17. They stopped for a long time, then came on like crazy when I was about 35. Wound up in the ER more times than I could count.

None of the medication worked for me...mostly just made me feel like a zombie and with 3 kids, I couldn't be like that.

I went and saw a naturopathic doctor. It's now been 9 years since my last attack. Not everything works for everybody - and it took awhile for him to come up with the right remedy for me. But what he gave me worked and I feel like "me" again.

Check your stomach acid levels.
Most people have too little stomach acid, not too much.
This can be due to stress, hypothyroidism etc.
