Yep! Just as I suspected. Welfare queens. I am glad they are being charged. However, it will mean further financial support for her evil son and herself.

This was a big story with multiple threads here so reporting that the shooter was convicted is not race baiting, try harder.

I started watching Dr Drew on this once last week and when I heard they were trying to pin this on the mom and father for insurance money and say she was on meds..... I was so disgusted! I had to turn the channel and think oh my goodness, what crap! I'm so happy he was convicted.

And Nancy Grace was sickening on the Trayvon case. I use to like Nancy seeing how she was from my home town in Georgia, and she was all over Casey Anthony.

Not one word from her on this baby case. She too, has become afraid of being politically INcorrect.

This has been on the news here for a while. There was one report that the mother had taken out a $5000 insurance policy on the baby, which is just strange. Things like that happen here all the time. There was another baby shot Thursday or Friday.

There is no punishment fitting.

I argue for Elkins to be put into an acid bath -- pulled out -- healed -- to be repeated for the next 24 years on an annual basis so that, when 24 years had elapsed, Mr. Elkins appears to be a glob of sewer fat... but is still conscious... and feeling the pain.

That's not strange. A lot of parents start a life insurance policy for their kids. My grandmother did it and my aunt used it for her university education.
