The first baby step is realizing you are the universe experiencing the universe. That all consciousness is connected to the source of all that in which creation exist.

However enlightenment is not this at all or even close, so it will elude you OP and all others seeking it.

Enlightenment takes a dedicated lifetime to achieve because of the process involved requires this time. Your body has to be prepared to carry the huge increases in life energy, to store them, cultivate them, and so much more but not to go into to much detail.

Not all meditations are created equal, and some are so powerful that they would damage your normal functioning of your central nervous system if your not prepared your body, the physical vessel to handle the spiritual power coupled with the life force of everything around you.

Yes DNA changes, and it also changes into 3 strand DNA, than 6 and ends at 12 strands just before enlightenment. No one stays behind unless they hold on to something because all knowledge isn't illusive at all to you, as you are a funnel and conduit of knowledge. Of course, although I understand your fear. You do realize on some level that you don't need sex to make you satisfied anymore. However, the urges to have sex with random partners fades and eventually becomes a desire to share intimacy with an individual of a similar vibration.

North America is the home of poisoned food (GMO) backwards medicine (doctors throw pills at every problem) water supply poisoned by flouride and in some states fracking. Millions of sick people that are that way due to lack of awareness, which is encouraged by the ruling body (govt.)

Seriously though. You live in a beautiful country. You have ample amount of resources and ample amount of opportunity. Surround yourself with individuals that know this.

Stay away from processed foods. Seriously, they lower your vibration. Buy a brita water filter and filter your water. Buy water bottles. Don't assume because something is FDA approved that it's okay. IN FACT, stay away from all pharmaceutical drugs. At first you may need them, or think you do, but as time goes on and you realize you don't you will phase them out.

I did ascend to the upper floor and smoked some green and kept on ascending.

Just focus on yourself. Ascension, or being ascended can be summed up to two different phrases. "Becoming the reality you once thought you existed in" and 2 "Being ascended is becoming the reflection of the mass consciousness, and then reflecting back on an individual level more and more and more and more of the ideal true core loving vibration we were all created from"

What that means is. Don't worry about what's "out there"
Just focus on yourself. Become expanded. Become the mass consciousness. Then you will be magnetically pulled towards the ideals you prefer and humanity would as well, then you live your life being that example.

I have a question!

I was visited by an angelic-type being a few weeks ago and shown a vision. I observed myself standing outside, looking up at the sky. I saw something that is very hard to describe; it looked sort of like an invisible explosion that was frozen in time...you could only see it because the clouds took on its shape. It was actually shaped like a saucer UFO, with a sphere in the center and a disk-shape around it. It might be a coincidence that it looks like a UFO though.

I was told by the entity that this whatever-it-is will cause us to "feel our emotions fully", like all of our repressed emotions are released all at once, or something like that.

When I saw this, I was filled with great joy, and had the feeling of "finally!"

In the vision it was sunny and warm, and the grass was green. Also, I saw that we had dug a new irrigation ditch (we have 10 acres in the country). We have been planning to improve the irrigation in September, so very shortly. I think those were clues as to the time frame.

Any ideas as to what this could be?

Some ideas I have had:

1. a cosmic wave/cosmic sonic boom like "me tell u" described
2. an EMP
3. Our star brothers actually sending a wave of energy to the Earth to wake us up
4. Planet X?
5. My own personal enlightenment

I do feel that something is coming very soon. In fact I felt a big energy change Thursday morning...my heart chakra burst open and I've felt really strange ever since.
