Yes. Rebirth or what I like to call it "killing your ego" is as follows.

It can come in a number of different forms however the end result is the same.

One method is through trauma. An even occurs in your life that is traumatic. Your dog dies, your mom dies, your dad dies, etc. What happens is your ego immediately dies with them. The "YOU" that could once look in there eyes and see their life is essentially dead. The "YOU" that could pick up the phone and call them is essentially dead. You begin to shed layers off and generally shift your perspective and create a new ego. The process is painful, the end result is not.

Another method is by choice. Say someone is a cigarette smoker and one morning they decide "I'm going to quit smoking". Well now they have to kill off the ego that smokes, and create a new one that doesnt, this process, the one by 3D individual choice, is usually extremely gradual, and not as painful.

The method that was most common to me was as follows. I was raised a certain way, and took on many beliefs and conditions that fooled me into thinking that it was okay to be the way I was. I would do things that had an evil intention (I wasn't completely aware). They stemmed around relationships with my Mom, my Dad, my Sister, my Girlfriends. What would happen is, I would do things (that had evil intention) and the consequences were always so severe that no matter how much I tried to blame someone else, I couldn't. I would cry, and have no where to go. I would want to die inside, I would essentially kill myself inside. I would find out whatever it is that happened to me, and figure out why it happened. I would take FULL responsibility, eventually, and then recreate, redefine my identity. Now this method happened about 7 - 10 times.

Rebirth occurs by choice. Whether it is on a 3rd Density awareness, 4th Density awareness, or 5th Density awareness is unique to each individual. "YOU" must choose on some level to be reborn.
