Can anyone identify this movie still frame? (think it's from James Bond)

Hi guys
At a recent yard sale i picked up a couple framed 12x12" black and white film reel still frames with the possibility of selling them on eBay. The seller apparently bought them from Blockbuster, they are labeled but do not show what film they are from.

The one on the left is easy: it's the casino scene from the James Bond movie Thunderball.

Now, the one on the right- anyone know where it's from? Is that Connery on the right? Or is that Lazenby on the left? And it's difficult to tell if that is a still frame from the movie itself or just three guys chilling out during a break from filming? If that is indeed Lazenby (appears to be telling a joke, the others laughing), then of course it would be Majesty's Secret Service... if Connery, then maybe Live and Let Die? Who is the black gentleman? What do you think?
