This bill would mandate that public school that teach sex education teach “comprehensive” sex education in grades 6-12. That may sound reasonable until you read what the national go-to organization for sex-ed curriculum, SEICUS, lists as “age-appropriate.”
Illinois law currently mandates that schools teach abstinence until marriage. Teaching “comprehensive” sex education is currently optional as a local school decision. This bill was sponsored by State Representative Camille Lilly (D-Chicago) and heavily promoted by Planned Parenthood and the ACLU of Illinois.

over here the school has a show the children watch at school played by a character dressed up. It is a sex ed show as far as I understand, they call safty which I can understand also, but it includes sex ed.
learning about body warnings, yes and no feelings, private parts(includes a song about it) scared and yucky feelings, good and bad secrets, what to do if someone tells you a bad secret, its ok to say no and when it might be ok for a grown up to touch your private parts.

My brother lives in a Suburb of Chicago and his Kindergarten Daughter brought a flyer home stating they will talk with the kids in in class two days in October about inappropriate touching.

We homeschool our kids, and answer questions about sex as they are asked...honestly. I do not want/need a teacher who cares nothing for our morals and values telling my children anything about sex.

One of our friends whose daughter is in public school (11yrs old) said in their sex ed class, the boys and girls are together for all talk (periods, ejaculation, breast development, wet dreams all of it. It is humiliating for her daughter and I'm sure the other kids at that age.
