Seems credible to me. Connecting this to the FEMA preparations, I believe the "explosions" were not from a nuclear war, but from some meteoritic firestorm. Immagine tenths of thousands of Chelyabinsk meteors striking during the same day worldwide. FEMA's deadline is certainly related to some incoming asteroid/comet due to strike on that day. That's why USAF shut down the radar satellite that detectsnear earth space debris on September 1st.
