Texas justice! No charges for dad beating to death man who raped his daughter

In a perfect example of Texas-style justice, a young father will not face charges for beating to death the man he caught raping his little daughter.

In June, a 23-year-old father from Lavaca County followed the screams of his five-year-old daughter to a deserted shack where he found a farmhand, Jesus Mora Flores, 47, sexually assaulting his little girl.

The dad proceeded to beat the hell out of Flores with his bare hands, and Flores ultimately died from his injuries, the Daily Mail reported.
