Honestly, OP, I'd be worried about what's going on that is causing them to freak out. Maybe your daughter has been abused and is afraid to tell you? Maybe she's pregnant and afraid to tell you. Many options. If you aren't doing anything wrong, I'd at least be open to talking to them. I don't know why they were asking for your SS. That's weird to me. But dealing with them the way you have makes you look like the bad guy. Did you ask them why they wanted to talk to your daughter?
