I called my daughters school today and stated that I did not want the school counselor talking to my daughter about her problems. Four hours later two social workers are at my door asking to speak with my daughter. I say no and they say they will have to get a court order. I say okay please get one. He calls his supervisor, she does not answer. They park in the parking lot across the road from my street (It is a restaurant and I can see them from my driveway.)They sit there for 30 minutes then leave. I ask my daughter when she gets home from school and the went and talked to her anyways, without a court order, without my consent. They would not tell me what it was about, they gave me no paper work. They asked for my social and date of birth which I refused to give them. I told them that I value the privacy of myself and my family and I take it very seriously. I contacted a lawyer and will be meeting him tomorrow.

The school basically called social services on me because I would not let them talk to my daughter, with no cause to do so, and no explanation as to why.

Anyone who can help I need it.
