If something like this were to happen they would do only what seemed necessary due to our impending breach of international law. They would come in, take our guns, maybe replace some leadership (not that it will make any difference) and we would continue as a nation. Obamacare is meant to continue the weakening of our economy as well as the world economy so as to eventually bring about the need for radical reformation in the form of a one world currency for a one world economy and one world government.

I'm still on the fence about whether this particular conflict is meant for the above scenario, or if its meant to just help push our economy over the cliff. If you look to instances like the Boston Bombing, specifically the way citizens reacted when they were put under pseudo-martial law, I would venture to guess that TPTB would rather the American people be in a more weakened state before any occupation occurs.
