The new covenant is still a promise, the ones that take part in it will include the 144,000 that are sealed for protection before any trump sounds. The two witnesses are protected for a total of 1260 days and they die 4 days before the return. Following the timeline of the day of the cross the two witnesses would be resurrected at noon, the time Jesus was put on the cross, at 3PM He died, at 3PM on that resurrection day all the sinners in the world are dead by 3PM and the 1/3 that are still alive are witnesses and are Gentiles of the righteous in the 7 Churches that have been tested by fire. The 144,000 are joined by all the ones mentioned in Eze:37 and they and the 'Church' do what Zec:14 mentions and they do it 1,000 time without fail and then Satan is released with all fallen angels and GOD sends them to the fiery lake.

Eze:37:11:
Then he said unto me,
Son of man,
these bones are the whole house of Israel:
behold,
they say,
Our bones are dried,
and our hope is lost:
we are cut off for our parts.
Eze:37:12:
Therefore prophesy and say unto them,
Thus saith the Lord GOD;
Behold,
O my people,
I will open your graves,
and cause you to come up out of your graves,
and bring you into the land of Israel.

Eze:37:22-28:
And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel;
and one king shall be king to them all:
and they shall be no more two nations,
neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:
Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols,
nor with their detestable things,
nor with any of their transgressions:
but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces,
wherein they have sinned,
and will cleanse them:
so shall they be my people,
and I will be their God.
And David my servant shall be king over them;
and they all shall have one shepherd:
they shall also walk in my judgments,
and observe my statutes, and do them.
And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant,
wherein your fathers have dwelt;
and they shall dwell therein,
even they,
and their children,
and their children's children for ever:
and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.
Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them;
it shall be an everlasting covenant with them:
and I will place them,
and multiply them,
and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.
My tabernacle also shall be with them:
yea,
I will be their God,
and they shall be my people.
And the heathen shall know that I the LORD do sanctify Israel,
when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.

Eze:39:23-29:
And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity:
because they trespassed against me,
therefore hid I my face from them,
and gave them into the hand of their enemies:
so fell they all by the sword.
According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions have I done unto them,
and hid my face from them.
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD;
Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob,
and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel,
and will be jealous for my holy name;
After that they have borne their shame,
and all their trespasses whereby they have trespassed against me,
when they dwelt safely in their land,
and none made them afraid.
When I have brought them again from the people,
and gathered them out of their enemies' lands,
and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations;
Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which cause them to be led into captivity among the heathen:
but I have gathered them unto their own land,
and have left none of them any more there.
Neither will I hide my face any more from them:
for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel,
saith the Lord GOD.


The 10 Commandments became Law with the exodus, before that the law was was the one that governed the 'sons of God' from Ge:6 and their children called the 'giants'. The giants existed until the exodus wars when they were exterminated down to their livestock. The law than fallen angels were under is the same one that all men who enter the new earth will be under. Immortal beings that know about good and evil with the lake being the punishment for sin being the fiery lake. That is why no one ever sins from the day the 7th trump sounds. By 3PM all the wicked are dead, by 6PM all the names in the book in Re:10 and Da:12 have been read out and the first ones to come under the new law and the new covenant are alive and standing on the earth. Within 30. day the first feast of the tabernacles will be taking place. Eze:39 covers a 7 year clean up and a graveyard made for the bones of the 4 angelic beings that made up the 200M horsemen that kill 1/3 of mankind. That id the Gog of the revolt after the 1,000 years.

The day of return brings in the 'new law' when the 7th vial is poured out. The change from the OT Law of blood sacrifice was changed at the cross when Jesus said, 'It is finished.' (all things associated with the bruise to the heel, Re:16 is all things associated with the bruise to Satan's head.

Re:16:17:
And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air;
and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven,
from the throne,
saying,
It is done.

Re:21:6:
And he said unto me,
It is done.
I am Alpha and Omega,
the beginning and the end.
I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

When God says, 'It is done'' it is the last that are given the law and they come alive at the Great White Throne event.
