those desperate fuckers are openly blackmailing and terrorizing American people. What he was saying is if congress doesn't approve they'll use nuke as false flag, simple as that  Remember when Bush told the America people that if we don't give our masters 800 billion, there will be martial law and complete economic meltdown? Remember how scared he looked? Well, those masters are back, and they're pissed because they're behind schedule on Syria's destruction. The Saudi-CIA-backed "protesters" were supposed to be in Iran by now destabilizing that country. The gas pipeline from Iran through Syria cannot be allowed to go through because this will hurt Saudi oil interests, among other things.
