I think it's a propaganda video, no mention of when it was recorded, but shows a lesser atrocity, the assassination of enemy forces, while making it clear that the rebels have NEVER used chemical weapons.

The killing of the enemy happens and is largely accepted, although never justifiable, as part of war. There are ample vids of the allies committing such atrocities in the other ME debacles. I think it is AGAIN another convenient find that suggests the rebels haven't yet used chemical weapons. When the evidence suggests they have, certainly in March. Again though the MSM doesn't say anything about this. So the impression left is that these guys are bad (and not all the rebels are like this) but not as bad as the regime.
