I think i can organize instructions for immediate recall of any who vote yes, and we can notify the reps that these recall efforts will go immediately into effect for any who vote yes. That will only work if tptb are not committing this aggression in an effort to get foreign nations to go full blitz on us. If that is their goal, the threat of recall is empty. We'd be too busy fighting for dear life to carry through. En mass recall threat is probably the most effective tactic though. It could result in such a powerful no vote that potus would be forced to back down.
