If I understood the question correctly they whould do it to justify the war against US and their allies (SK, Japan). Just like every other false flag operation like 9/11.

Keep in mind they shut the space fence down a full month ahead of the announced time. Don't be surprised if they do this early too. I think they are giving false dates to prevent protest/distraction/interruption. They are letting you know it's coming...soon..but not exact

GridEx I was held on November 16-17, 2011.

It means that representatives of the following 168 organizations will be TOGETHER on October 1st. They will be holding the final planning conference before the GridEx II drill:

Please read my post above. The drill is just scheduled for the same time frame as the previous one, but the participants will meet on October 1st anyway.

I don't know about that OP. I know on(so shoot me, yes I still listen to snoory) C2C they had a brief segment, and the man was giving his opinion on an up coming black out drill. And that this drill would have Canada, the US and many electric company's etc. But that this would be taking place in November, I want to say....Nov. 20th or in there. I could be wrong on the date. But why would there be a cyber attack if they plan on cutting the lines anyways for this "drill"?
