If Obama disobeys the wishes of Congress on Syria, he should be IMPEACHED.

WAR POWERS CLAUSE :

The Congress shall have Power...] To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;


If Obama violates this clause in ANY WAY, then he is VIOLATING the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

THAT ... is an impeachable offense.

And Congress clearly has the duty to enforce the Constitution by having its prerogatives respected.

If that unfortunately requires it to impeach the President, then that would be a bit sad, but it would also be a NECESSARY STEP to properly enforce the CONSTITUTION.
