Colloidal Silver Question

Can I use colloidal silver in a personal steam inhaler kit? The only thing Im worried about is the electricity used to power the steam inhaler device.

So I basically want to mix some CS with water and put it in the steam inhaler device that uses a power cord to power and wondering if that is OK to do or the electricity could somehow effect the CS and make it have some bad kind of side effect?

If anyone knows I would appreciate it a lot. This is not a nebulizer but just a personal steam inhaler from Walgreens. Please help, Thanks.
