There has been other stories about finding alien structures all over the moon?... and other things on it..is it true, I do not know... Its always a slim possibility that other space faring civilizations have visited us in the past..established a base on the moon, etc.. and may still be there without the rest of us knowing it.

I have finished decrypting the video. I will view it in its entirety in the morning. A quick run through the first 10-12 minutes contains remarkable HD video of things I cannot explain - even though I have two EE degrees from Stanford. Just incredible. Yes, 12.3Pi was the correct decode.

Encrypted, after watching the video, you could just summarize the entire contents here via text instead of linking to a site hosting the video file, if uploading the video to the net poses certain challenges.

I can only just get this message out to you, I am a UK officer in Jaric AKA as MI4, I am about to leave my post and do what I can to protect my family, this communication is monitored so I will attempt to quickly get this out to you.

MI4 is still active, and is concentrating on ISON at the moment, with joint action with other US agencies.

Earlier this year we intercepted communications C/2012 S1 or ISON as it is better known.

We received a communication that was strange and mathematical. We received Binary code from the object C/2012 S1, but this code appeared random and without logic. However it was a code that appeared received by Jodrell Bank and others.

We have since tried and failed to contact the object by sending a series of coded messages back to C/2012 S1, in turn we received communication back that was in the English
Alphabet, this time the message was constructive. The message relayed 2 words, “We Return”. This message was again received throughout the world by our partner agencies in various locations.

Since then we have not received any further communication despite attempts to try.

We have now received our first images of C/2012 S1 and it appears to be a craft with what appears to be wings at odd angles to the ship body. The entire craft is not twisting or revolving as we had expected but seems to maintain a constant level.

It is apparently creating its own gravity and is about to use frontal jets to begin a gradual slowing in order to approach the earth in a safe manner.

They seem to have a plan and the communication we have received to date indicates they mean us no harm They want us to be aware of their arrival and they are aware we have detected them.

I need to leave at once to prepare my family and get to the shelter we have prepared. We do not fear the craft...but it is arriving as an Ark of sorts because they are well aware that Planet X is about to turn our planet inside out again.

They feel a need and responsibility to the creatures of earth as they helped us many times before. They have used smaller craft that warped time and space in most cases.

This time the great undertaking of rescue required a much larger vessel and a great span of time to accomplish.

I do not know if they can arrive in time or be able to save all of us so I have decided to take the steps I can to protect my family.

They cannot stop what is going to happen...but they can help the survivors get back on their feet.
