Maybe... just maybe

Obama is trying to not do what the handlers want

That is why he passed the strike greenlight onto congress, so when the vote fails he can tell his handlers

"I can't make the American people want something that they all don't, it's out of my power, if I attack without approval the people will march on Washington and kick us all out"

He is trying to have his cake and eat it too. He wants to not openly go against his handlers, cause he knows what happens to people like that (JFK), but make it look like he isn't in power to make it happen, and it's not his fault

I believe, that if we back off Syria, soon after Obama may be killed and then the agenda can keep going?
