He is going to say, We have overwhelming evidence that Assad used chemical weapons on innocent men women and children in Syria. I know that another war isn't popular among the American public but we can not just sit back and allow any country to assault innocent people with these weapons.

If we don't act than it will send a message to all dictators that there is no punishment for these types of acts. If we don't act than this could someday be a reality right here in the United States. I wish I could share the intelligence with the American public but I cannot as it will compromise the identity of our intelligence people.
