Only problem antimatter doesn't exist except at the atomic (literally a few atoms) level. That supercollider in Switzerland can only make tiny bits of it at great expense.

So labs actually do have and work with antimatter. It is kept in a containment field. A friend toured such a lab once some time around the Christmas holiday. The person giving the tour mentioned that they'd all be away at the end of the year and my friend asked him what they would do with all the anti-matter? He assumed if the containment failed it would start annihilating stuff and destroy the world or whatever.

The scientist said, "Oh we just turn the machine off and all the anti-matter just goes away." So the take away here is that anti-matter is ridiculously hard to keep for one. Containment is super difficult and takes a ton of energy. Without that containment, anti-matter instantly poofs in a rather non-impressive manner.
