If chemical weapons are illegal under any conceived use, why are they available on the world's weapons market, even from UK and US? Why aren't the sellers and producers facing military action by the UN?

Makes sense. How are they supposed to let anyone seize their chemical weapons with all that is deployed around them ready to fire. They may be willing to cooperate, but not suicidal. How are they supposed to go in when they can become targets themselves at any time?
