If we are doing shots or beers for each time he says those phrases.....we will all be wasted 4 minutes and 30 seconds into it.

perhaps a drinking game like back when with the bob newhart show. Once the took a shot every time someone said "hi bob".

In this example, perhaps every time he says I wont, or similar like before he was elected.

That was what I just said above.
It's a variation on the the HI BOB game.
