He is going to say that it was his idea for Syria to give up their weapons, he will say it was his threat of force that got the Syrians to agree to it (even though that same threat didn't stop them from using it in the first place).


Then he will say we cannot let them go unpunished. That it will send a message to Iran that they can produce nukes...blah blah..

Whatever he can say to try and make himself look good.

I guarantee this is going to be more of a damage control, try to fix the presidents image kind of speech than anything else.
