History is simple His Story, no one seems to bother to ask who the Author is nor who's story it is.. many assume it is like some form of God's Record produced by an all seeing all present all knowing God.. that is being written into books.. many treat it on the same level as any other Holy book.. History gets published by whoever can get it published to the most people in a short span of time.. and some even work to destroy other's efforts at recording Man's 'his-story' from what they have them selves seen and heard with their ears, and have personal experience of.

"History" gets destroyed every day, every decade, every century, ever thousand years... we really know very little of Man's Story as if from some all seeing all hearing all knowing recording "God".

The idea that the state can own rainwater is the stupidest thing I ever heard and it is scary that they would take it so far as to put a person in jail over it. That is another waste of tax money.

There is so much wrong here on so many levels.
Ownership of rainwater (are they trying to get us used to total privatization)
Taxes spent to put someone in jail
Taxes spent to prosecute someone for nothing
The dictatorship that the government is believing is their right

Most important, this is one of those things that needs to be stopped now before the government takes this opening and expands it into something that becomes even more frightful and restrictive.

We need to find out where they even came up with the idea that they could do this
