It is a verified fact that extraterrestrials came to earth to help govern the civil unrest but found our hydroponically grown and genetically altered weed and smoked themselves into apathy. The earth weed then traveled to every major galactic sector (via our initial visitors) and has since led to the collapse of all governments within this galaxy due to a total lack of "giving a bluck" (as the galactic community says).
