Anyone else seeing weird flashes of light in sky like lightning but no thunder or rain. In Ottawa...

I'm in the west and its mysteriously foggy here too.
My street is a dead end(sort of) and I even saw a fire truck come down here like they were looking for a fire. Strange.

I'm gonna go out and look for fire in the sky.
