SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: Putin's letter/ Will AMERICA be considered "evil" during WWIII?!?? | |

The whole world is watching CLOSELY if AMERICA will strike Syria or not....It all seems as if that America and its allies are being setup to be the BAD GUY in World War III....Does anybody else feel this way...??? I understand that the actions of our GOVT do not reflect the people of America personally...BUT to the outsiders the American Govt DOES reflect America as a whole.... What really got me thinking today was Putin writing a LETTER to the AMERICAN people.... wtf? When does a RUSSIAN PRESIDENT write a letter about diplomacy to AMERICA? What happened to the days of Reagan saying "tear down this wall"...Everything seems like a bad dream.... America is becoming the BAD GUY and Russia the GOOD GUY..... Roles are reversing.... Something isn't adding up..... Why do I feel that one day a time will come and Putin will say, "I tried, I pleaded for Peace, but AMERICA denied this, and now Russia must respond with its own force".... In my personal opinion I feel that the letter today seems like a plea from Putin to avoid WW3 or else....... I believe Putin doesn't want World War III and he is pleading with the American people to rise up and avoid this mess because if not Russia will HAVE to respond.... He said "We are all different, but when we ask for the Lord’s blessings, we must not forget that God created us equal. " at the end of his letter, but in WAR time that doesn't matter.... Edit: I forgot to mention, Putin could also be this evil genius playing us all.... You never know.. He is KGB..  |

This was like 9 or so years ago.... I specifically remember her asking me if I knew who Putin was.... Back then I told her "I don't really know, all I know is he is the Russian President..." She said, "Don't worry, you and the whole world will know his name one day, he will be remembered" And just laughed kind of awkwardly..... Here I am 10 years later and her answer still sticks to me to this day.... And today it seems like her assumption was correct.... |

Bush destroyed American image worldwide and Obama is putting the last nail in the coffin. And to answer your question, yes, America will be considered evil in WWIII because America is evil now. So evil it sends drones to other countries and drops bombs on innocent children picking carrots. Their blown up body parts are shown all over the world. Only Americans dont get to see them. The world knows how many children and women America has killed with drones. This time America has bitten more than it could chew. They thought if they keep murdering leaders of soverign nations like Gadafi and stealing their gold, nobody would give a fuck. But this time its Assad who knows that if he leaves, his entire country will be destroyed and his people will be butchered. So he cant leave. Russia has seen and the world has seen what America has done to Iraw, Afghanistan, Libya and Egypt and they dont trust American leadership anymore. Unfortunately, we citizens will pay the price for our foolish leaders when we visit other countries or want to conduct business with them. Its over for America. This is it!  |

Ahhhhhhhhh i was waiting for the other side to say that. thank you so much. : ) I have always found it interesting how the one side (conservative or liberal) could discount the ones from their own side without ever actually saying it. Because those who believe in the end on the ones side can never acknowledge it publicly for they believe in a continuation that goes on forever of the same old nonsense. But they just quietly accept "the ramblings" from their own side. For example. Christian conservatives and atheist conservative (yes they do exist). You have purely darwinistic conservatives of capitalist darwinism and then you have Thy Kingdom Come fundamentalist Christians who cannot go against the letter of their own law. And on the left. Don't forget however that Putin is ex-KGB and knows exactly how to play people and their emotions. He sees a weakness in Obama's leadership and is taking the opportunity to appeal to the American people. Russia has their own interests in the Syrian crisis. Putin doesn't want to lose the only international warm water naval base outside of Russian territory, which is in Syria. Putin also doesn't want the US to invade one of Russia's main allies, Iran. And Syria of course is just a stepping stone to US military involvement in Iran. While his letter certainly sounds sensible and reasonable, don't forget who the man who wrote it is. |

It only takes our politicians listening to their constituents. He's simply stating what we've already been stating to our politicians; preaching to the choir. I support the free market, he's welcome to make his country shine and I will not take issue with it. In fact, more power to them and I hope they return their people their civil rights.
