Dr. Robert Jeffress: Why is Syrian genocide intolerable while U.S. infanticide is protected?
Each day babies are killed in the womb with "chemical weapons" as well as by dismemberment.

How is that any less of an atrocity than what than what the government says Assad has done?

Great piece by Robert Jeffress,

Why is genocide in Syria intolerable while infanticide in our country is not only permissible but considered a
constitutional right? By what moral authority do we deny the leader of another nation his “freedom of choice” to
exterminate his own people, yet empower our own citizenry to kill their children and even provide hundreds of millions of
tax dollars to Planned Parenthood to carry out the executions?

I can hear the liberal howl across North Texas as I type these words. “There is no moral equivalency between Assad’s
heinous acts against his own people and the personal, painful choice of a mother to terminate a pregnancy.”
But, alas, there is.

Re: Dr. Robert Jeffress: Why is Syrian genocide intolerable while U.S. infanticide is protected?
2 years ago, on 9/11/11, Pastor Jeffress started a sermon series called "Twilight's Last Gleaming".
He has a book out by the same name.

Interviewed by The Christian Post before the series began, he says:

America's days are numbered, because this world's days are numbered. But instead of reacting with despair and fear,
Christians are to realize that while we cannot prevent the demise of our country, we can delay the demise of our country
by being the salt and light Jesus commanded us to be. That's really what this series is about: how Christians can be salt
and light in a decaying and darkening world.

Yes -- like the profound hypocrisy of all those who scream, rant and curse at others about "protecting innocent lives" while feasting gleefully, every day, on the decaying corpses of intelligent beings who suffered horrific torture during their lives before being brutally murdered.

I'm not saying that's necessarily you, personally, Anonymous Coward...Just pointing out how ludicrous it is that most "pro-lifers", in reality, don't actually care much about or have any real respect for life, at all.

(Although, OP, if you consume meat and/or use or wear animal products, you really haven't earned the right to criticise America -- or anyone -- over their perceived lack of value for life, given that you wouldn't appear to place much value on it, yourself.)

because the statements of nutcases who wish to control other humans for their moral and monetary profit has nothing to do with any law.

poor dr jefferies must not be making enough cash from sick and unwanted vunerable children.

or maybe he's allied wth the religious, who are very attracted to vunerable children, and do what they can to ensure they are plentiful.

Amen, Koffee. Hear, Hear. You are so right. It's evil to kill babies and I don't care who you are or how you came to be pregnant, the child didn't ask to be there and should be protected at all costs. Sick, sick people.
